Enrolling your Group – L&F ONLINE
Your L&F Online account is your hub to track your group’s details.
- See who is enrolling in your group in real time
- Track the progress of each of your travelers as they enroll
- Approve each application as it is submitted, or request clarification, if needed
- Monitor payment status for each traveler (we’ll take care of reminders to each traveler!)
- Access your Proposal, Itinerary, Flight information, and more!
Preparation Meetings
- Student/Parent Guidebook
- Suggested Meeting Plan Outline – a detailed outline for each preparation meeting, including page references to guidebook and study material resources
- Initial Preparation Meeting Plan – Editable list of topics to cover with travelers and parents at your first meeting after group enrollment is complete

Hosting
The L&F Hosting Program offers the opportunity to bring the language and culture you love to your own community. Not only is hosting an excellent chance for students/parents to prepare for their own future family-stay experience prior to traveling, or give back to the cultural community after their own program, it is also an excellent option for students who are unable to travel with your group.
